Building a start-up is hard. Keeping your ship on course once it's on sail can be tricky, too. That's why Auerbach Schifffahrt (Auerbach Shipping), founded in 2010, contacted me to develop a new vision for them – continuing their already successful business or turning into a different direction?
In two sessions at Digital Hub Logistics Hamburg with selected team members I used the Product Field to get an overview on the status-quo, the strengths & weaknesses and to develop early ideas.
In a follow-up session I used methods like the Three Horizons Framework to continue shaping a new and reliable business model.
