When Germany's largest bank group wants to get ahead of their competion and keep up with fast-developing start-ups like N26 – you have to get agile.
The Sparkassen Finanzportal is the central service provider for communication and digital services in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. They are a driving force for the digital business and a central partner for communication campaigns from a single source.
They commissioned the digital product experts of MAD in Berlin to come up with a vision for a new online banking product – they exceled and are developing a suitable solution for the Sparkasse based on their vision.
To validate new features regular user and UX research was scheduled and with support from both MAD and SFP my task was to single-handedly plan, execute and analyse these quantitative and qualitative test sessions over several months, both remote & online as well as in a test lab at SFP's offices in Berlin. Today they set-up their own team directly at SFP.
